At Ex Why Zed we take our environmental responsibility very seriously. Offering FSC Certified paper is a start but not the end - we have also changed our working practices. We send out pdf invoices and quotes rather than on paper and now actively recycle 100% of our paper and cardboard waste. When we're not printing, we're usually eating or drinking and all the plastic and glass waste goes into our regular collection bins.

GF Smith Papers

As paper geeks it was a glorious day at Ex Why Zed HQ when the obscenely impressive GF Smith swatch books arrived! Oh happy days we thought, then spent a good few weeks not washing, eating or going outside while we flicked through the pages admiring and stroking each sheet. Only fair to share though and we can print your file onto their full range. They're not cheap but will certainly make your printing stand out from the crowd!

The entire Colorplan is FSC Certified and made from 100% Virgin ECF Fibre. All stocks are suitable for litho printing and many can be specially treated so they will go through our Indigo press aswell giving ultimate flexibility regardless of the quantity you need.

Our digital paper of choice the Lumi range is a woodfree quality paper offering a smooth, white multi-coated surface. This cost effective paper offers outstanding quality and image reproduction.

Gloss and Satin

Available in 115 / 130 / 150 / 170 / 200 / 250 / 300 and 350gsm

The Symbol range is a bright white FSC Certified paper with a smooth surface. This paper offers outstanding quality and image reproduction.

Cyclustec

Available in 130 / 150 / 170 / 200gsm

A 100% Recycled matt coated paper. Although coated, Cyclustec has a grainy appearance similar to it's litho brother Cyclus Offset but is digitally approved so provides a great cost effective option for small and medium print runs.

Indigo Premium Smooth Uncoated

Available in 80 / 90 / 100 / 120 / 170 / 250 / 300 and 350gsm

A versatile FSC Certifed uncoated stock which lends itself well to any number of uses. The smooth finish and bright white appearance gives great colour reproduction.

Evolution 100% Recycled Uncoated

Available in 100 / 120 / 160 / 250 / 300 / 350gsm

Another superb digital uncoated stock which, as the name suggests, is 100% Recycled. The Evoution Uncoated has more of an offwhite feel to Indigo Premium and also has a hint of texture and grain to make it feel great.

Cyclus Ofset is a unique, premium litho sheet which has a grainy, off white (natural) appearance and rough texture to give it a rugged and classy feel.

Cyclus papers are made from 100% post-consumer recycled waste. The range has recently been extended to include new heavy weight boards in 300gsm and 350gsm, making Cyclus Offset an extremely versatile range.

Cyclus Offset has earned the environmental status of Nordic Swan, Blue Angel and more recently, the EU Flower.

FSC Certified and made from 100% recycled fibre 9 Lives Offset offers a bright white, bulky, uncoated finish providing great image reproduction and lending itself well to brochures, catalogues, booklets and folded leaflets.
