Setting Up Your File

A Hi Res pdf will give you the best quality end results. Save all your images as cmyk and type any text using the cmyk slider. Black text should be set up as cmyk: 100/0/0/0. Always supply files with 3mm bleed on each edge.

When exporting your file from In Design , Illustrator or Photoshop choose 'High Quality Print' from the top drop down menu, and then 3mm bleed and 'crop marks' within the Marks and Bleeds menu.

What Is Bleed?

To ensure a clean cut around the edge of flyers and posters (and so you don't have an untidy white border) we require an additonal 3mm of artwork around each edge of the design. This will be trimmed off so please keep any information or graphics out of this space and at least 5mm from the edge.

Example: A3 Poster artwork with bleed should be designed at 426x303mm.
