For medium and longer print runs our extensive litho department ensures you a competitive folded leaflet printing quote. We have a B1 litho press to ensure the largest possible sheet size for your corporate wallplanners, Euro 2012 wallpanner and promotional posters.

The only constraints on the size of your folded leaflet report printing is your imagination. We can fold any number of variables and if it's too complicated for our machines then we can finish them by hand.

Our finishing department can also laminate your leaflets on one or both sides to provide a sealed finish to your restaurant or pub menu or to make a product brochure more eyecatching.

Helpful Tips

A Hi Res pdf will give you the best quality end results. Save all your images as cmyk and type any text using the cmyk slider. Black should be set up as cmyk 100/0/0/0. Always supply files with 3mm bleed on each edge.

When exporting your file from In Design , Illustrator or Photoshop choose 'High Quality Print' from the top drop down menu, and then 3mm bleed and 'crop marks' within the Marks and Bleeds menu.

Make sure you allow some room for the fold in your design. So if you are designing an A4 Trifold leaflet, the total width is 297mm but dont make all the sections 99mm wide because when it's folded the pages wont quite line up. Make your cover section 100mm, your middle panel 99mm and the third section 98mm - this way the leaflet will fold neatly in on itself and any graphics will align perfectly with the folds. Please bare in mind this rule when designing for all types of fold.
